About Addis Angels AFH

Addis Angels AFH was founded with a passion for providing high-quality home health care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our founders are two Registered Nurses who have over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry, recognized the need for personalized, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

At Addis Angels AFH, we are guided by a set of core values that include compassion, respect, integrity, and excellence. We believe that these values are essential to providing the best possible care to our clients, and we strive to uphold them in everything we do.

In coordination with personal care providers (PCP) and other health care service providers; a range of home health care services are available, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and more. Our services are designed to help our clients maintain their independence and achieve their health and wellness goals.
